Sales are behind last year by 11.5% but
slightly ahead of 2012.
My View of the Market Sales in February were 8.1% lower than the
same month last year. Inventory continues to be very low and the
flow of new listings to the market is lower than it has been during the last few years.
Multiple offers are very common on new listings.
The spring buyers are starting to think about real estate and for most there is not much on the market to see.
