Town Square Vision
• The City owned 16.5 acres in downtown Boynton Beach which contained several historic structures and City buildings that need to be replaced plus 5+/- Acres for a new Police Headquarters.
• E2L Real Estate Solutions was selected as the development partner to work with the City on a redevelopment project which includes public and private development.
• The Master Developer teamed with three Design-Build firms, a capital funding partner and a private developer.
• The Public portion of the project includes a new City/Hall Library building, a renovated and repurposed historic High School building for civic uses, parking and interactive open spaces along with an offsite Police Headquarters and a new full service Fire Station to serve the new downtown area.
• The Developer will construct a hotel, private residential units and office/retail space on the portion of land purchased from the City.
• The vision is to create a town square that brings all communities into an urban downtown environment to live, work and play.
