Lessons Learned
When implemen7ng any new system, iden7fy the most frequent users and get them on board first.
Don’t be afraid of change – just because it’s been done a certain way in the past doesn’t mean it can’t be improved.
Listen to the end-‐users. What will make it easier
for them? This is a robust and dynamic system – it can take it.
Some people will resist. Make the responsibili7es
clear and provide as much support as
possible.
