Site: Landscape irrigation and drainage installation ongoing, parking lot curbs and paving in-progress, site fence installation ongoing.

South Building: Exterior – painting ongoing. Interior – Light fixture installation ongoing on second and third floors. Casework ongoing at second and third floors. Finish carpentry in-progress. Rubber floor tile and carpet installation ongoing. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) fixture installation ongoing. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing installation ongoing at first, second and third floor mechanical rooms and first floor boiler room.

North Building: Exterior – Window installation ongoing. Fiber cement board siding installation ongoing. Interior – Concrete floor polishing complete at Lobby and Arbor. Painting at library, gymnasium, and admin ongoing. MEP fixture installation in-progress. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing installation ongoing Room 306.

installation; continued area final cleaning; pretesting for elevator inspection

complete. Ceiling grid/tile install ongoing. Painting ongoing. Area A2 - Final

coats of paint ongoing at all floors. Ceiling grid complete, ceiling tiles installation

ongoing. Elevator installation work continues. Casework installation complete and

plumbing fixtures being installed. Concrete floors receiving final grinding. Area

A3 - Water proof membrane installation ongoing, exterior concrete stairs form

work ongoing. GWB taping nearing completion. Store front window installation

complete.

Building B: Exterior sheeting and air barrier complete. Exterior masonry

complete. Interior band/choir room GWB taping ongoing.

Building C: Exterior metal siding nearing completion. Windows completed. GWB

finishing in the gym and commons areas completed. Ceiling in the gym and

commons painted. Clouds receiving GWB and starting to be finished.

Meany Middle School

Site: Partial Site mobilization and protection in place at loading dock and

surrounding the 1954 Classroom Wing. Access to loading dock is

coordinated with Seattle World School administrators and staff.

1954 Classroom Wing: Interior – Demolition of casework, wall finishes,

interior window trim ongoing in Sector 4 and 5N. Wood flooring salvage

complete. Demolition of lower windows ongoing and concrete shear wall infill

at window openings in Sector 4 are scheduled to begin next week. HVAC

demolition complete in Sector 5 at the Band/Chorus rooms. Plumbing

trenching has started and will continue for one week. Electrical demolition in

Sector 4 and 5 is complete.

Remainder of Building: No work occurring until after Seattle World School

leaves site. Contractor has full access to site no later than July 12, 2016

Building C: Ongoing trim of electrical devices. Ongoing ceramic tile installation in bathrooms. Ongoing installing casework in classrooms. Began installing resilient flooring in classrooms.
