Why we are not success ?• We don't have a targeted customer.• We are selling all types of cloth in limited quantity.• We are not able to providing them latest fashion• Limited labour.• Poor service.• Mind set of old trend.• Lack of advertising.• Lack of Quality clothes.• Limited space of shop.

Strategies for expanding business • Shift shop from current location to another in same
