Introduction John says, “I am the diggity bomb!” A few

days later his best friend Adrian says, “I am the diggity bomb!” John is very upset because he feels his friend Adrian stole his phrase. John threatens to sue Adrian and the two friends stop talking. Later that day John was livid when he watched a commercial for a new soda called Chomb and they present their new slogan, “Drink Chomb and you will be the diggity bomb!” Who is copying who? What is legal? Who can sue who? Can anything be copyrighted?

What is copyright?Allows a creator of material control how their

material is used.It also allows the creator the rceive

assignments or presentations. Do not to use the entire selection. In presentations or assignments use music, videos, articles, pictures and even make copies. Remember to use the following specifications on the amount which can be used.
