NOTICE TO CONTRACTORSAll Contractors and/or their Subcontractors performing the work on the project premises shall be responsible for initiating, maintaining, and supervising a reasonably prudent safety program including, but not limited to the isolation of work areas and the prompt removal of any debris or tools, which might endanger other workers and/or occupants.
1. The Contract Documents includes the Architectural Set drawings. The Contract Documents are complimentary to each other and are to be coordinated with and used in combination to obtain complete construction information. Any information conflicts are to be brought to the attention of Atelier 11, Ltd. before proceeding with any work.
2. All Record Document set of plans and elevations are drawn showing walls plumb and roof and floor level and does not indicate settlement or any deterioration. Dimensions in the Contract Documents may vary from existing and require field verification before proceeding with work. The General Contractor is responsible for site verifying all areas affected by construction.
3. If the General Contractor or any subs or trades require additional explanation for intended work, the General Contractor shall submit in writing a Request for Supplemental Instructions to Atelier 11, Ltd. No changes to intended work shall occur without written authorization from Atelier 11, Ltd. Failure to obtain written authorization shall invalidate any claim for additional compensation.
4. The Contract Documents with the most current date or dates represents the latest information available and supersedes and replaces, all previous documents, drawings, details, information, and features unless specifically stated in writing by Atelier 11, Ltd. Upon receipt, the General Contractor is responsible for distribution of the most current documents to all of his subcontractors and applicable personnel.
