Why Become a Member?

You will be supporting the development of the wheeled sports hub at the Bught Park New Skate park being built in 2014 New BMX track planned for 2015

Skateboarding and BMXing are increasing popular ‘free play’ sports. Young people can enjoy them in their own time and at their own pace. They become healthier, make friends, develop social skills and keep out of trouble.

The facilities will be free for anyone to us so they will need annual funding to cover insurance, lighting, repairs and maintenance. For the skate park this will be about £4000 a year.

Financial support is also needed to provide coaching, competitions and events and away trips to indoor parks in the winter etc

As a member you can attend the AGM and elect the trustees of the charity
