AccommodationsThe Conference Hotel is the Asilomar Conference Center, 800 Asilomar Avenue, Pacific Grove, CA 983950, 831-642-4222. CALACT will reserve your room after registering for the conference.
TransportationMonterey Salinas Transit has an express bus from San Jose. Take the VTA bus to the Diridon station to catch MST’s San Jose Express bus to downtown Monterey.
Reserve a ride on the Monterey Airbus shuttle at www.montereyairbus.com or call 831-373-7777 from the San Jose airport to Monterey. Also available is the Monterey airport shuttle, 831-704-6544 or Yellow Cab at 831-646-1234 or the MST bus from the Monterey airport to your final destination.

Vendor Registration Fees Tabletop Exhibit $875 per table
(One registration which includes: 2 nights lodging and 7 meals, $700 value) Thirty Minute Presentations to Attendees $300(Presentations must be educational and *only 12 available
informational, must not be a sales pitch). Fast Break Appointments with Attendees $150(9 vendors only - first come, first serve basis) Sponsors will have eight minute individual appointments with attendees that will give time for an individual sales pitch.
