Since our beginnings as an organization protesting the Vietnam

War, Community Alliance of Lane County (CALC) has been on the

cutting edge of creating a more just and peaceful world.

We advocate for those who are oppressed,

We stand with our community to protest hate and bias,

We urge elected

officials to act in the

interests of the entire

community; hold them

accountable for their actions, 

We work for peace worldwide; encourage nonviolent solutions to

conflicts, both international & personal.

CALC has wonderful volunteers and loyal

contributors, And today,

We need your support to raise $10,000 to receive an additional

$10,000!  Your donation will be matched dollar-for-dollar, up to $10,000!  

This will allow us to hire a FULL-TIME Community Organizer (with health insurance and a

living wage)! 

This organizer will work to:

DECRIMINALIZE HOMELESSNESS,

FIGHT DISCRIMINATION, PROMOTE LGTBIQ RIGHTS,

and BUILD A DIVERSE AND

INCLUSIVE COMMUNITY. 

This person will be an asset and a resource to us all!
