towards the PSA’s vision
and mission to deliver a
quality, relevant, and
reliable statistics and

This situation calls for
greater teamwork.
Specifically, as
the challenges and
diversified activities of
the PSA escalate, the
need for a complement-
ing team elevates. When
the team you lead
doesn’t match up to the
team of your dreams, it’s
either you give up your
dream or grow up your
team. See the potential
of the team members,
and draw it out. Let them
grow, let them bloom.

Deadlines after
deadlines. That’s the
common scenario in
different PSA offices in the
entire country. The PSA’s
activities are increasing at
a faster rate that any
directing, coaching,
supporting and training
the team members
cannot be over-
emphasized. The
management needs to
have renewed efforts to
ensure that each and
every team member
gets the training that
they need to enable
each to contribute and
face the escalating
challenges of PSA.
Empower everyone to
think and act like a
leader.
Remember, if
you want to do
something great, you
must have a dream.
And if you have a
dream, you need to
have a great and
motivated team to
accomplish it.
