We are pleased to offer you this online tool to help manage your career development process.

*Students can browse and apply to available jobs, internships & work-study positions posted by the Career Services

Getting Started on eRecruiting To login, please go to

http://mc.erecruiting.com

Getting Started on eRecruiting

• At the top of the page, type in your username

and password and click Enter.

• Your username is the first letter of your first name, your full last name and your birthday.

• (Example of your username: John Smith, born January 5, 1975; username is jsmith010575) and your default password is “MONROE”.

• Please change your password as soon as you login to ensure your security and privacy

You will need to complete your contact and academic profile before you will be able to access the site. Please note that the fields marked by the red button are required fields.

After completing your profile, eRecruiting defaults tothe “Upload your Resume” Screen.

Resume saved on eRecruiting as a PDF/HTML file. Always have a backup copy in MS Word to make future changes

From the home page, you will see important popup

messages and instructions from the Career Services Office.

Please read these messages carefully!

To start, please complete the following initial steps:

1 Complete a registration profile so your career center staff can help you target employers.

2 Upload a resume (after it is checked by a counselor)that you can post to the Experience Network and use to apply to jobs or internships.

Searching for Jobs, Internships, and Co-ops

If you’re ready to begin looking for opportunities,

Select Job/Internship Search under the Jobs & Internships tab on the navigation bar

Searching for Jobs, Internships, and Co-ops

•Search using Monroe Jobs, All Jobs NY NY, Opportunity Type.

•Use the Basic Search to search by Keywords, Job Function and/or Location, or select one of the other searches in the More Searches section

•After selecting your job search criteria, click search

•Use the yellow toolbar to further Refine your search results

•Click on the Job Titles to view the details of the jobs
