Likely suspect in homicide: Bambi White 5’10”, 127 lbs. Caucasian, blonde hair,

painted nails, make up, perfume Known to be dating Temple Does not attend ITT or live on campus Temple “Sneaks” White into dorm Bambi claims to have not seen Temple on

night of homicide. Last saw Temple week prior

Bambi consented to supply hair and blood samples; consented to fingerprinting

Consented to search of apartment and vehicle

EVIDENCE CONNECTING WHITE TO HOMICIDE

Partial shoe print found at crime scene, match to White’s sandals

Shell casing 9mm, weapon located from White’s car, 9mm semi-automatic handgun. Test fire confirms casing is a match to White’s handgun

Hairs located on Temple’s shirt determined to be blonde; match with White’s hair samples

Print lifted from handgun match with partial print found on coffee cup found in dorm prints match White’s prints

Lipstick on cigarette butt, lipstick on coffee cup consistent with White’s lipstick

White has long-painted fingernails, victim had scratches on face and neck, consistent with fingernail scratches

Performed luminal test on Bambi’s shirt, consistent with spatter

RECONSTRUCTION OF CRIME SCENE

Evidence places Bambi at dorm on night of homicide Temple and White agree to get together at dorm Temple sneaks Bambi in (no sign of forced entry, vic knew

perpetrator) No one saw her enter/leave that evening Possible Bambi was angry with Temple, may have discovered

he was seeing Elvira, Mike may have broken up with Bambi Visit started out civil, coffee cup cigarettes Bambi confronts Mike about Elvira, argument ensues

(physical) Hair transfer, blood transfer Bambi scratches Mike pulls weapon then shoots Mike at

point blank range Possible Mike fell on/towards Bambi causing her to

move/step in blood Possible rag was used to clean blood off Bambi Mike either stumbled and collapsed or was placed Bambi leaves
