Each role has its own contribution to KASH

• Home Work Before the class

Individual Preparation for the Class

• Comprehend and Analyse the case

• Understand the reading (s)

• Prepare a tentative decision sheet

• Prepare the participation plan (role (s) to be played in the group and in the class)

• Move towards a decision diary

Group Work

• Share each other’s learning agenda

• Plan to use others abilities to realize your agenda and provide support to others to realize their agenda

• Discuss my decision sheets and the rationale in preparing it

• Revise my decision sheet, if needed
