BYOS Requirements
For the CCSP Provider:
• Delivery of tools, methods and documentation to import the images
• Responsible for the support of the tools whithin the import process
• Monthly report to AVNET
• End customer pays for the subscription to Red Hat (usually already done) and for the service to the provider
• Participation on TSANET (https://www.tsanet.org/) Multi vendor problem solutions

BYOS Requirements
For the end customer
– Needs to register via:

• Fill in the self-service form through a click on „enroll now“ on every product page
• Only if there are unused subscriptions which can be migrated to the cloud
• Terms und ownership remain unchanged between Red Hat and the end customer
• The end customer is responsible for his subscription and provider for the services in the CCSP providers cloud

First Steps
• On-boarding process:
• CCSP information request form,
• CCSP program partner contract
• Red Hat enablement skus at no charge for initial set-up.
• Implementation of a metering-, billing- and reporting system.
• First reporting occurs whithin 45 days.

Billing/Reporting • The first billing/reporting takes place with the first customer usage of an
instance
• Monthly consume report until 10th (of every month) at the latest
• The usage period starts:
– When the first instance is turned on
– When it has been handed over to the customer
Example:
The customer uses an instance for 61 minutes.
2 hours will be reported to redhat & billed.
