Turnbull Associates assists companies with their long-term planning to build
sales plans, sales training and succession planning.
Succession Planning should be started approximately three to five years in
advance especially if you require sourcing a new company owner. The new
management team will be the source for your exit income so finding the right
match is important.
For the new management, they need the best opportunity to succeed. As the
current owner you are the key contact to your client base and the source of
income and trust for your employees. Neither of these can be disrupted.
A slow introduction, building confidence that the services and employment will carry forward is critical to the new owners’ success.

You’ve heard that expression: “I don’t know art, but I know what I like.”
Landscape design can be like that. You know how you’d like your outdoor space to look and feel, but don’t know exactly where to start.
Do you envision the lush profusion of blooms of a cottage garden, the clean lines of a contemporary space, or a blended garden style? It’s exciting to plan and transform your outdoor space.
Collaborating with a professional landscape designer allows you to understand each step in the design process and ensures that your project will be beautiful, sustainable and on budget.

Willow Graphix & Co. experienced growth in sales at an amazing 303% in 6 years, giving credit to Michelle Rogers’ innovation in developing what would have been basic graphic design services to full marketing/social media services.
Michelle volunteered many hours of her branding and marketing services to non-profit organizations, which has helped these organizations increase their profile in Southern Georgian Bay.
Through Willow Graphix & Co.’s vision and mission, they are a leader in Southern Georgian Bay in both ethics and morals.
