THINGS THAT ARE GOOD FOR A REALLY GOOD LIFE

OF CHILDREN.

HEALTHY DIETO This statement includes eat

vegetables, fruits, drink a lot of water and also eat home made food.

DO EXERCISEO We have to cheer children to do

exercise. It’s a good habit, and also they enjoy doing it, if it’s the sport or the play they like.

SLEEP ENOUGH HOURS

O It’s very important, because this fact could decide the academic performance.

BAD HABITS

THINGS THAT ARE DANGEROUS FOR

CHILDREN’S HEALTH.WE HAVE TO TRY AVOIDING

EAT FAST FOOD, SWEETS…

O We have to avoid fast food, sweets, chocolate, drinks like coca cola…

PLAY VIDEOGAMESO We have to reduce time playing

videogames or watching TV, because it could create addiction.
