China Business Model

Overview - Retail Model

• All product sales are from a retailer to a customer

• Isagenix only sells to retailers

• Unlike other markets, “Retail” means the distribution channel, not that the product is sold at the Isagenix retail price

Who Can Retail in China?

• Businesses that have a Retail Selling License

• What if you want to Retail but don’t have a Retail Selling License?– You can become a Retail Agent of our

authorized master retailer

Will Isagenix Sell to All Retailers?• No

• Rules are the same as in all other markets– We only sell to Retailers that have a service or by-

appointment model– We will not be on the shelf at grocery stores or

department stores– But, for example, we would sell to a department store

that wanted to sell Isagenix in its café or at an area where consultation is available

China Comp Plan• In China we will have 3 types of participants

– Customers that purchase Isagenix products from Retail outlets

– Customers that register to receive wholesale pricing– Retail Agents who can earn up to $250/week in

referral and profit sharing bonuses (paid by the retailer). Payments will be made in RMB to China bank accounts

Other Opportunities

• China citizens and others can still participate in our seamless Global compensation plan and build in other markets by establishing a separate Hong Kong business
