RĄBLÓW

Small village

Rąblów is a small village in the province of Lublin. It is surrounded by many forests and ravines. The most beautiful time of the year in Rąblów is spring and autumn.

A little history

In Rąblów on 14th May in 1944 was a Battle of Rablów. It was one of the major battles fought between the Polish partisans and the Wermacht and SS. German soldiers were over two times more than the Polish. This battle has not been resolved.

Skiing and pools

In Rablów we have ski slope and swimming pools. The beauty of this village we can enjoy by riding a bike route.

At the beginning of the seventeenth century, the next owner of Wojciechów Paul Orzechowski moved to the building near the court. Abandoned building began to be used as a granary.

Olesin is a park in Kurów founded by Ignacy Potocki who built the Palace. The park and the palace was excluded from Kurów where it is located. Currently, there are plans to restore the palace. It used to be a school.
