Student Behaviors

• Behave Any behavior which causes a disruption

or which interferes with teaching and learning, or which disturbs others is not allowed. This includes passing notes. Inappropriate content in confiscated notes will be shared with both parents and administrators

Tardiness causes a disruption, and interferes with teaching and learning.

Student Behaviors

• Treat all others with courtesy and respect. It is discourteous to chat when others are

presenting, asking or answering questions. It is discourteous to rifle through your

binder or engage in inattentive behavior when others are presenting, asking or answering questions.

Borrowing without asking, leaving a mess behind, and teasing are disrespectful behaviors.

Student Behaviors

• Treat all others with courtesy and respect. Sexual Harassment, vulgar language, or

profanity will result in a parent contact as well as an office referral, whether such language is said aloud or written in notes. At First Creek we prepare students for the workplace, and in the work place these behaviors are not tolerated Any language that would not be tolerated in the workplace will not be tolerated at First Creek. This includes the “N” word, the “B” word, and other expletives used among friends.

Student Behaviors

• Treat all others with courtesy and respect.

Treating others with respect includes teachers, classmates, and all visitors, and these expectations are likewise in effect when visitors are in the room.

Student Behaviors

• Do your work At First Creek we prepare you for the

workplace. Your boss will expect you to complete your work on time. He or she will expect you to meet deadlines. He or she will expect you to manage your time wisely and use your time effectively with minimal supervision. So do I.

Student Behaviors

• Have materials for class daily. Binder, paper, pencils, pens, math

book, math journal (notebook), and all due assignments, completed.

Student Behaviors• Resolve conflicts in an appropriate

manner. Conflict with teacher: See me 1st period or

after school to resolve the conflict. Conflict with peer: Seek a mutually

agreeable solution. If you can’t, seek help from the guidance department, me, or an administer as appropriate.

Tell the teacher when someone is annoying you and is unwilling to behave. (First ask the offender nicely to leave you alone.)

• Second time: final warning

• Third time actionFirst three times: noon detention if 2rd lunch,

after school detention if not 2rd lunch.Next three times: after school detentionFrequent rule violators: referral for
