Set the stage
• You are going to want a tripod
• A blank background for your stage is suggested
• Know your light source
• Timing– Easy access to tools

Make the clay move
• Warm clay in you hands and create your character
• To move: Hold the shape at the base and slowly
• Be sure you shoot enough frames for your image to have the right timing.

Clay Degeneration
• After use your play will get warped and cracked
• The more complex your design and animation sequence the faster this will happen.
• Depending on how you want you claymation to look, you can create replacement shapes to rotate into your animation.
