Where and How is
Client Onboarding
to be
done?
On CIP 2.0Step 1: CIP Task Page: Engagement| Onboarding Step 2: Client Overview- Client Profiler – Section 1
Step 3: Get the Client to download EMT separately
Once Client onboarding is completed it will show 100% besides it
- In CIP 2.0 you will see the Client Onboarding Tasks assigned to you.
- Search by Product: Engagement| Onboarding to see all the listed tasks
- On clicking the task, you will see the details:
- Please click on the telephone icon to complete step 1 of the taskwhich is to call the client and have a welcome call completed.
- To complete Step 1, you will require to press Submit with the filled in details : Client contacted, Status and notes.
- After completing Step 1, moving to Step 2, please click on the 360 degree view Icon on the right hand corner of the page
- You will land on the client profile Overview Page - As you scroll down you will see Client Profiler- Click on Client Profiler
- Client Profiler opens up where you need to fill Section 1- Section 1 has 8 questions only.
- After Answering all 8 Questions, please click on Submit- The Page will lead you to Section 2 and 3 which is optional for
you to fill currently.
