Part of the Healthcare focused on actions on patients,

both treatment and diagnosis,

in which knowledge of physics

and technology is applied.

Clinical Physics

- Bij een klinisch fysisch onderwerp is ALTIJD een patient betrokken.

- Klinische Fysica vindt alleen maar plaats in een ziekenhuis. In ons geval met name in MMC maar ook in CZE, MUMC+ en radiotherapeutische centra.

Clinical Physics

Klinische Fysica vraagt een ruime inwerktijd (nieuwe omgeving, andere cultuur).

Klinische Fysica leent zich beter voor externe stages (veelal in het buitenland) en afstudeerstages dan voor interne stages.

Interne stages: liever niet, te veel inwerktijd, te weinig rendement.

Externe stages: cultuur shock, met name in het buitenland.

Afstuderen: zeer populair, weinig plaatsen en concurentie BMT.

beschermd medisch beroep.

- Groot tekort aan klinisch fysici.

- Aantal opleidingplaatsen wordt

bepaald (en betaald) door VWS.

- Is een schitterende carriere.
