CLOTHES FOR GAZA NEEDY AND ORPHANED CHILDREN

The Beginning

•After researching the topic I felt extremely

inclined and propelled to “do something” for

these children

Continued

•War isn’t good for anyone or anything but it

still will always be a part of society

•However the effects of war shouldn’t affect

our need to help

•So Hala gave the idea that we should donate

clothes

Critical thinking?• I already cleaned out my closets and drawers so I

really did not have much to give, but I gave

anyways so it was like I had to critically select

what I wanted to give because I already

• I gave some shirts and I really hope a child will put

then in to good use (more than just collecting dust

like they were for myself)

Anything Else?• I went to Hala’s house to donate clothes together

and had some food that was delicious!!! But I was

sick and didn’t have much of an appetite :(

And more• After donating at the drop off site, I sat down with

Hala and her family and an important religious man,

I suppose.

Confusion

•We sat for a while and I felt as if I was somewhere

completely

foreign, because everyone was speaking Arabic, and

I knew

NOTHING!

What an experience• Even though much of the problems in Gaza are

between people of Jewish and Muslim faith, the

need for resources in the area was great. And it

wasn’t just those religions Christians, Jews and

Muslims were being persecuted It doesn’t matter

who’s what as long as the cause and subject

revolving around the matter deals with the ultimate

subject which is helping the people

• It doesn’t matter who’s what as long as the cause

and subject revolving around the matter deals with

the ultimate subject which is helping the people

Lastly• All in all I enjoyed giving, and this was another

chance for myself to give a little of what I had to

make a child’s world more easier
