CLP Meter Online Service Enhanced Interface & Functions Upgrade March 2017

NEW FUNCTIONS ON METER ONLINE

Starting 1st March 2017, CLP’s Meter Online Service will incorporate a more user-friendly interface and new functions to help customers better manage their energy consumption. Customers can now perform the following actions on the system:

Once logged in, the landing page will display recent energy consumption information and a 9-day energy forecast.

Compare energy consumption by month or by day using the bar chart display.

2 Account with the highest energy consumption will be displayed on the landing page by default.

Select “Change Acc.” to view account details.

Customers can select a specific account to be displayed by “Set Default”. Click “Save” to confirm.

A single Meter Online account can now register and review a maximum of 500 accounts and/or meters to give customers a better overview.

Customers can retrieve data for up to 3 years For Monthly Chart, click “Change Period” to select the relevant year. For Daily Chart, click “Change Period” to select the relevant month.

Click “Print Report” to print the latest energy consumption information for easy business reporting.
