Browser Settings

1 . Mozilla Firefox:

Java Applet:

a. JRE 1.6 should be installed on the Machine.

b. Go to Tools >> Add-ons. Add-ons tab will appear. Select the Plugins tab

c. From the plugins check whether Java should be Enabled. If it is disable click on

Enable button.

Flash:

a. Go to Tools >> Add-ons. Add-ons tab will appear. Select the Plugins tab

b. From the plugins check whether Flash should be installed.

c. Disable Java and enable Shockwave Flash or Adobe Flash.

2. Chrome:

Java Applet:

a. JRE 1.6 should be installed on the Machine.

b. Go to Settings >> Options. Click on Under the Hood Tab. Click on Content Settings

button from Privacy.

c. From Plug-ins click on Disable individual plug-ins.

d. Check whether Java is Enabled. If disable kindly Enable JAVA.

Flash:

a. Go to Settings >> Options. Click on Under the Hood Tab. Click on Content Settings

button from Privacy.

b. From Plug-ins click on Disable individual plug-ins.

c. Enable the Flash and disable Java.

3. Internet Explorer:

Java Applet:

a. JRE 1.6 should be installed on the Machine.

Before Accessing the application below setting should be in the Browser Window

(Specific to IE)

Your PC needs to be JAVA enabled .You may download the necessary software by coping the

link shown below in the address bar of your browser.

Also your PC browser needs to be set as per the detailed document available below

Note : Before doing below settings User should have Admin rights.

Browser Settings :

The following setting is required on the client IE browser:-

1. Click on the “Tools” menu option. Go to “Internet Options…” under that. Go to “Security” tab.

Select “Internet” and then click on “Custom level” button. Ensure that all the security settings

should set as ‘enable’.

2. In the same ‘Security Settings’ (Tools >> Internet Options >> Security >> Internet >> Custom

level >> Java Custom Settings) window, click ‘Java Custom Settings…’. A new window will open.

Select the second panel ‘Edit Permissions’. Ensure that all radio buttons are ‘Enabled’. Repeat

the same settings for “Trusted Sites” (Tools >> Internet Options >> Security >> Trusted Sites >>

Custom level >> Java Custom Settings).

3. Under ‘HTTP1.1 settings’ the first check-box ‘Use HTTP1.1’ should be checked

4. Please remove the temporary files from your machine. You can reach the temp folder by

typing %TEMP% in the run.

Flash:

a. Go to Tools >> Manage Add-ons.

b. Select Show all add-ons. Disable all the Java Plugins as shown below.

c. Enable the Shockwave Flash Object.

d. After Enabling the Shockwave Flash Object follow the below steps.

Browser Settings :
