Keypad and Display Features
All settings of the Codan 8800 series DMR are hierarchically arranged in a menu structure. The keys on the control panel enable navigation up and down through the menu structure.
Access to the keypad is limited to three levels of passwords – USER, ADMINISTRATOR and SUPERVISOR
Alarm indication is via LED’s, short messages on the front menu and detailed information in the alarm dialog box, accessed through the menu structure
Back-lit display enables operation in the dark

• Robust Modulation Scheme - Continuous Phase Modulation (CP4FSK) implemented rather than QAM/PSK resulting in a more robust link in poor propagation areas (high rainfall, reflected signals etc…)
• Full Feature ATPC allows for Lower and Upper Threshold set points down to –10dBm in 1dBm increments
• RF Loopback function built in to each ODU at all frequencies below 15Ghz
