This is your CBH agent website – a fully customizable, IDX rockin, powerful real estate machine.

Also free, WAY more local, all the listings and with content & colors you select.

Set-up & Maintenance

Click on your nameClick on Edit Profile

Click through the menu items in white (see the red box in the lower left) – Click SAVE at every screen.

Let’s go live!

When fields are greyed out – you will not be able to edit. These fields are changed in CrestEdg by your admins.

On the Phone/Internet tab, make sure to fill out the Personalized Web Address.

Be careful not to assume your URLS on the Social Media tab! Check them to be sure.

Fill out at least 4 bullets on the General, Credentials, Qualifications, Specialties & Expertise tabs.

You are free to determine what should go under each heading.

As you work through each bullet – make sure to click SAVE at the bottom of each screen!

Try to determine what will go where first – having a strategy to start will make filling these out fast.

Check out what other agents have done with their profiles – figure out what you like and don’t like and emulate those you do …

In the Special Markets section, click on the market(s) in the left box, then click Add to move those markets over. Don’t forget to SAVE.

On the Media tab, click on Choose File and browse for your photo. Click Add to upload. Click SAVE!

Your Welcome Message is limited to 150 characters – be concise and direct. Click SAVE.

On CB Works, under Sales Associate Quick Links (lower left, in green), Locate the Video Upload Tool and click!

Use the drop-down arrow and select Agent and then click Continue. On the next screen, fill out Title, Description, Keywords and click Continue.

Choose your video file (you cannot load by URL) and click Continue.
