Unconditional Love, Inc. Unconditional Love, Inc. is a free standing, private not for profit multidisciplinary HIV+ patient care center. As a result of the efforts of the directors, staff, and volunteers, even the most disenfranchised HIV infected residents of Brevard county can receive state of the art medical care. Donations from individuals and organizations as well as
fundraisers such as this year's MIFF allows Unconditional Love, Inc. to continue.
One hundred percent of proceeds go directly to patient assistance.

The MIFF is a festival particularly aimed at promoting filmmakers and community interest in film. Each year the MIFF brings the greatest works in independent

David is the star of many television shows and motion pictures including United 93, War of the Worlds and the new sci-fi adventure “I’ll Believe You”. The MIFF is honored by David’s participation in this years event.

He is the former film distribution industry execu-tive & current convention promoter of Florida Supercon. Among the films he worked with are Hilary Birmingham's "Tully," Helen Lesnick's
"A Family Affair," Eric Byler's "Charlotte Sometimes," and Danny Provenzano's "This Thing of Ours." , Mark Locke’s “Crust”, Todd Stephens' "Gypsy 83" , and Dan Kay’s “Way Off Broadway”. Prior to starting Small Planet Pictures, Mr. Broder served as VP, Domestic Distribution for Arrow Enter-tainment. During his tenure at Arrow, Broder was responsible for the acquisition and theatrical distribu-tion of “The Independent” starring Jerry Stiller & Janeane Garofalo.

Ted is a writer/producer who has written for the televi-sion shows “Guiding Light”, “One Life To Live” and “As the World Turns” for which he received a Daytime
Emmy Nomination and a Writer’s Guild Nomination. "I’ll Believe You,” is his and his brother’s comedy set in Melbourne.

Leo Redgate is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Stand Up Films, a film distribution company founded in 2005. Mr. Redgate has more than 16 years of business experience as
an investor, entrepreneur, and marketing professional. In 2001, Mr. Redgate established the Community Theatre Foundation, a nonprofit organization created to save and restore his hometown's independent movie theater. As the Foundation's Founder and President, Mr. Redgate leads an all-volunteer effort to maintain the theater as a vital arts center in the community. The Foundation offers numerous special programs to benefit schools, to provide fundraising support for other nonprofit organizations in the area, and to promote youth involvement in the arts through a film school and student
film festivals. The Foundation is overseen and the theater is operated by a team of volunteers that includes Mr. Redgate and more than 150 students and young adults. During his career, Mr. Redgate has been the subject of several articles in the New York Times and other prestigious publications that focused on his marketing expertise and innovative strategies for his busi-ness ventures, including those in the film industry. He has been a consultant to numerous film festivals and has been a guest speaker, panelist, and judge at several film industry events. Mr. Redgate has also been an executive producer of feature films.

Paul has produced and directed many short films and documentaries that have appeared in over 40 international film festivals, including the New York Comedy Film
Festival. His film “Sergi” was shown nationally on “Independent Lens” on PBS. Paul graduated from the NYU Film School and has been a producer of such television shows as “The Daily Show with Jon Stewart” on Comedy Central and “Dog Days” on Animal Planet. As a performer he has been featured on “The Moth” on Trio TV, X-Chromosome on Oxygen. He was a featured panelist in the HBO documentary “The Curse of the Bambino” with Denis Leary, Steven Wright and Bucky Dent as well as “Reverse the Curse”. Many of his films have been showcased at the
Melbourne Independent Filmmakers Festival and Paul has been in attendance at all of these events. His enthusiasm for our community caused Paul and his brother, Ted Sullivan, to set their first feature film "I’ll Believe You" in the town of Mel-bourne.
