At the suggestion of our shop personnel, the Kansas City Fabrication Shop Material Handling System is modified and improves the flow of material into the fab shop. allowing one individual the ability to retrieve material from an outdoor holding area, move it into place inside the shop for cutting on the plasma cutter; then move it to a flexible fabrication station for either plumbers or pipefitters to do further assembly.
Selected by Linbeck as the mechanical preconstruction and construction provider for the NextStage Theatre, Grand Prairie, TX
The Kansas City office constructed and moved into new facilities consolidating the fabrication shop, warehouse and office staff under one roof, enabling better workflow and communication between all phases of our operations
Co-founded the Kansas City Lean Community of Practice
MMC Contractors hosts Linbeck to conduct a formal Mock Pull Planning training session in the Kansas City office for all personnel including accounting, administration, estimating, BIM, fabrication shop, and project management and supervision personnel.
