Chief Executive OfficerDietmar Gunz
At the age of 20, Dietmar Gunz founded his first company whilst working as a tour guide in England. One year later, under the name of LAL Sprachreisen GmbH, he started to organize language travel to Great Britain and Malta
In 1983, he founded the tour operator Frosch Touristik GmbH specialized in vacation to Malta
1995 the umbrella brand name FTI (Frosch Touristik International) is being introduced.
In August 2000, Dietmar Gunz left the company after FTI‘s complete takeover by the British Corporate Group Airtours plc, today MyTravel plc.
In October 2003 Dietmar Gunz rebought FTI, together with a group of investors (RM2366 Vermögensverwaltungs GmbH). Today FTI is listed among leading owner-managed tour operators in Germany.

Managing Director TourismBoris Raoul
In April 2004 Boris Raoul was appointed Managing Director of 5vorFlug GmbH, which is specialized in last minute travel and part of the FTI group.
Since July, 1st, 2005, Boris Raoul has been FTI‘s Managing Director Tourism.
Since March 2007 his field of responsibilities also includes Sales, E-Commerce, Quality Management and the FTI agencies in Austria, Switzerland, Malta, Orlando and Bangkok.
Boris Raoul holds a degree in Business Administration. He started his career in at the German tour operator Alltourswhere he was responsible for the hotel purchasing around the Mediterranean from 1996 until 2000.
Before he became FTI‘s Director Product in 2001, he worked as Purchasing Manager in TUI‘s Central Hotel Purchasing Department.

Since May 2008 Karlheinz Jungbeck is responsible for thefinance department of FTI. As head of the division in Munich, he is responsible for Accounting, Controlling and FTIAccounting Services Ltd in Malta.
Furthermore he is in charge for Human Resources, Legal Affairs and Administration.
Jungbeck already became part of the FTI management in January 2008.
Before joining FTI the expert for finance and corporate strategywas working for the Verlagsgruppe Lübbe GmbH & Co. Therehe initially was member of the supervisory board. From 2002 to 2007 he held the position as Chief Executive Officer.

Managing Director Corporate Development Turan Jenei
Since July 2005 Turan Jenei has been in charge for Corporate Development of FTI.
Until May 2008 he additionally held the position as Chief Financial Officer.
From October 2003 until June 2004 he was responsible as Managing Director for the divisions of finance, administration, personnel and legal matters.
Jenei, who has a degree in Banking and Finance, at the time CEO of the RM 2366 Vermögensverwaltungs GmbH, was an instrumental figure in the repurchase of FTI in 2003 and is a co-partner of the company.
He already supported Dietmar Gunz as FTI‘s CFO in the years 1993 to 2001.

budgets. The product range includes catalogues for the main destinations
such as Egypt & Tunesia, Spain, Malta, Italy, and Turkey. The short haul destination brochure combines short and middle
range travel, for example to Greece, Bulgaria, Portugal, and Croatia.
South Africa, Namibia, Kenia, Oman, Mauritius and the United Arab Emirates are included in the long haul destination brochurefor Southern Africa and the Orient.

Product Range II Holidays with FTI allow for an exceptionally high travel flexibility
on five continents. The offer ranges from accommodation, long haul flights and round trips to day trips.
The programmes for North America and Hawaii have the largest share in turnover.

An internal product department creates customized packages. The product portfolio ranges from warm water destinations such

LAL Language Travel FTI‘s story of success began in 1980 when Dietmar Gunz and four
partners founded the tour operator specialised in language travel.
LAL is the largest provider of language holidays in the German-speaking market with 72 language schools on five continents
"Language and Leisure" combines language classes in English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Russian and Japanese with numerous leisure activities. In every destination, students can choose between a variety of classes, accommodations and leisure activities.
All LAL language schools have been awarded local authority approval. They also voluntarily undergo regular quality inspections carried out be the Fachverband Deutscher Sprachreiseveranstalter (FDSV) (the association of German language travel tour operators).
More than 15.000 teenagers and adults from the German speaking area alone annually book their language travel at LAL.
