Contributory Provident Fund

Provident Fund isadministered by a TrusteeBoard and is funded bycontributions equally fromthe employees and theemployer @10% of basicsalary.

Gratuity

Employees are entitled to gratuity

benefit after completion of

minimum one year of continuous

service with the Company. The

gratuity is calculated on the last

basic pay and is payable at the rate

of two month's basic pay for every

completed year of service.
