Completing Kidsafe Disclosure

Start with the blue registration box above the app store 

sticker 

From here create a profile or login to existing account 

 

Next screen shows your family account – click the continue 

button to begin the kidsafe disclosure 

 

Next choose which family member is completing the 

disclosure and click “Register as coach/admin” 

 

Select Play Level on next screen and enter all personal 

information – then click save & next page 

Accept all ELA’s and agree and continue 

 

 

Just click continue from the payment screen 

 

Congrats you are done!
