1. Cardiovascular endurance

Cardiovascular endurance is the

ability of the heart to provide oxygen to

muscles during physical activity for a prolonged period of

time

2. Muscular strength

Muscular strength refers to the amount of force a muscle can produce with a single

maximal effort

3. Muscular endurance

Muscular endurance is the muscle’s ability to complete a movements repetitively in a certain period of time.

4. Flexibility

Flexibility is defined as the range of motions of joints or the ability of joints to move freely.

Body composition is used to describe the percentage of fat, bone, water, and muscle in human body.

It is the capacity for covering a certain distance in a minimum possible time

It is the ability of body parts to work together when you perform an activity
