For this task, you will create a design proposal for your website.

For this task, you will create the home page and locate images for the website.

Action PlanYour website should include least one of the
following on the content pages:
1. Original artwork created by you in Adobe
Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Paint or other
graphics software. A single colored or plain
gif or jpeg does not satisfy this requirement.
Using this gif or jpeg as a background gif
will not satisfy this requirement.

and is relevant to the topic. The digital
photograph file must be in a gif or jpeg format.
3. Public domain (or freeware) clipart (e.g., gif
image). Be sure to get permission from the
owner of the clipart/pictures before including
clipart/pictures that are copyrighted. Note: On
the web, if it does not say the image is free, you
must consider the image to be copyrighted and
thus, you need to have permission to use the
image/picture in your website.

Adding Internal LinksNavigation menu:
Add links at the top of each page OR along
the left side of each page that contains links to
every page in your project. When you perform
your next task, you will add the links to a table
to complete the navigation menu.
Make sure that you test the links.

In this task, you will add a table with links.

Adding Internal Links/NavigationInsert an XHTML table at the top of each page
OR along the left side of each page that contains
links to every page in your project.• The borders of the cells must be visible.
• The same navigation menu should be included
on all content pages.
• Insert the links to the web pages in a cell of
the table.
• The navigation menus on the content pages
should also include a link to the home page.
• Use of FRAMES is not permitted.

TASK 7: UPLOAD TO SERVER
In this task, you will upload the web site files to a web server.
