What is the Public Notification application?

Allows local government staff to identify a collection of properties and create mailing labels, or a structured text file, of owners and occupants.

Used by planning and zoning officials.

Configuration of ArcGIS and a JavaScript application.

Software Requirements

Map authoring

• ArcMap - 10.3 – 10.5, and

• ReportLab 3.0 for Python 2.7 32-bit

GIS service hosting

• ArcGIS Online subscription, or

• ArcGIS for Server 10.3 – 10.4 (Standard or Advanced), or

• ArcGIS Enterprise 10.5 (Standard or Advanced

• ReportLab 3.0 for Python 2.7 64-bit

Application hosting

• Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) 7.0 or higher

• Microsoft ASP.NET Framework 4.0 or 4.5
