The printed circuit boards(PCBs) have most of their components
placed by robot. We have two robotic assembly
machines, Bertha and Bertha Too (named by my children!).
PCB assemblies
The printed circuit boards are assembled by the robot in a biscuit of 12, we then
cut them out and hand assemble the rest of the components.
The large square 68 pin integrated circuit is the computer chip.
The red buttons are the switches under the front panel buttons.
