Summary

We sent since June 2012, more than 70 orders for an amount exceeding 300’000 chf.

All main component have been tested before .

The choice and the purchases of certain component has been long, due to their technical specifications: -40 degrees, pressure around 160 bars etc…

But today we have received all the component

DrawingsThe 3D drawing are not adapted for the construction. To support the construction N. Siegrist designed and quoted from the CATIA model all the different pieces of the 2 modules.

In total more than 60 drawings 2D have been created to start the construction :

THE CONSTRUCTION :BOXES

The 2 boxes have been sent to an external factory for machining holes :

Sise: 1360 x 1000 x 1040mm

Sise: 1200x900x2000mm

During this time we built the 2 internals support

Considering the number of component received.We started to built the manifold.

The frame has been built by Lyon Institute.

We started to put the components on the support and weld the pipes.

We built a temporary template, fixed on the top of the support to install andadjust the pipe in the final position.

CONTROL AND VALIDATIONThe security decided that 100% of the welding should have a visual check

and 10 % of each size should have a x ray control.To be sure that all the welding are correctly controlled, we have created a

numbering of each pipe.

Each drawing contain all the welding with their numbering

EXPECTED DELIVERY

The two boxes delivery are expected middle of February.

We’ll install the manifold support with the component inside of the box and weld the last pipe.

End of February the manifold module should be completly finished and tested:

leak test and pressure test done.

The construction of the plant will start end of February until end of March.

The final installation at the TIF: connections and commissioning will start middle of April.
