Comment #1“ I need recruiters who are concerned about maintaining good working relations with the client *AND CONTRACTORS* and who cares about the quality of the working relationship, not just placing someone and forgetting about them. It is a lot easier to maintain a client than to find a new one but many recruiters and sales reps at recruiting firms don’t seem to know this, or forget customer service under the pressures of their job.”

“Once I was placed on my assignment I did not hear from the recruiter to check on me from time to time. Then a few months after being on the assignment I found out she was no longer with the company and was not told who I could follow up with in her absence.”
