s40(4) On expiry of undertaking, the person is immune from prosecution

Other Offences, Penalties S 44 Sentencing factors to be considered by a Court are - nature of substance,
quantity of substance, personal circumstances (ie. drug dependence), if sale etc. whether commercial motives, whether in school zone or prescribed area etc.
