• Plot size of the factory: 3.5 hectares + 0.7 hectares for outside parking

BOILER ROOM• Provides heat for technological purposes;

• Works on solid fuel (sunflower hulls);

• On-site well for constant water supply.

ELECTRICITY POWER STATION

GENERATION POWER

• the current generation power of the station is 2.2 МW/hour

• at the moment there is construction going on to increase the power upto 4.7 МW/hour

• two power transformers are installed - 1’600 KW and 1’000 KW

POWER STATON

On the territory of the oil plant a modern power station is installed whichproduces electricity with a steam turbine powered by bio-fuel (the husk ofsunflower seeds).

Thanks to such a symbiosis between the power station and the oil plant,the station is provided by ensured source bio-fuel supply - sunflower husk,which is a by-product of the oil plant.

In Ukraine there is one of the most liberal legislations in alternative energyproduction.

For example, the law specifies that all electricity generated by private powerstations is purchasing by the state, which makes electricity generation businessfree of commercial risks.

At the same time, the state purchasing tariff is fixed by law in euros. Thislegislative rule allows to eliminate the risks of national currency fluctuationscompletely.

All described make the power generation industry extremely attractive forinvestments, providing a low level of risk factors.

Financial figures stated below do not include electricity generation revenue.

THREATS

❖ located in close proximity to major Black Sea ports, givingflexibility in choice of load ports;

❖ extraction gives maximum oil yield (advantage over less efficientsmall crushers);

❖ no financial debt, low overheads;

❖ small management team gives good oversight over operationsand ability to react quickly to changing market conditions givenshort chain of command.

❖ costly and scarce inland financing.

❖ profitable reselling of the asset if required;

❖ own storage and logistics enable switch to high oleic seed,depending on profitability;

❖ possible to double the capacity with minimal capitaloutlay.

❖ local political risks;

❖ relative overcapacity in the industry;

❖ bad crop years;

❖ national currency fluctuations.
