Suggested Use:Itisrecommendedthatyoubeginbyfirstprogrammingthe65workbookexercisesintoyour13Moon,28-daycalendar.Thisway,youwillhaveanorganizationaltemplatefromwhichtopaceyourselfandmarkyourprogress.Itisrecommendedtotakeoneweekforeachchapter,foratotalof13weeks—plentyoftimetoconductathoroughstudy.Someexercisestakeonlyafewmoments,whileothersmaytakeanentireNETminute(day).

Second,youwillalsonoticethattherearefourpreceptsforeachchapterlocatedinthebackofthisworkbook.Itissuggestedtodrawandmeditateononeperday,inadditiontoyourothermeditationsandstudies.Youcanalsousethesepreceptsasaweeklyprogram,bydrawingoneperweekforatotalof52weeks.

3.Adopting an Evolutionary DietThinkabouteveryaspectofyourbody;whatyouputintoitphysicallyandmentally.Considerexercise,diet,breathing,purificationandfastinginrelationtoyourmindandbody.Atminimum,avegetariandietishighlyrecommendedtoproceedwiththesepracticestoensurepureresults.(Rememberthatthroughyourthird-dimensionalbody,youarebuildingyourlightbody—youcertainlywantafractalfree,staticfreelightbody!Eatlight!)

Givinguptheeatingofalltypesofmeatwilldowonderstocleanupyourphysical/mentalfield,nottomentionhelpouttheecosystem(forone-quarterpoundhamburger,55squarefeetofrainforestaredestroyed!).Researchinthisareaishighlyrecommended.Avegandietisevenbetteronyourbodyandtheenvironment.Rawfoodsandjuicesproduceoptimalresults.Butthemainpointisthis:Theonlywaytoconstructapurelightbodyistoingestpure,lightfood,whichmeansabstainingfromfleshfood.Youwillhavefarlessproblemsandmoreclarifiedperceptions,nottomentionfeelinghealthier.Rememberthatweareintheprocessoflettinggoandtransformingallthedifferentformsofdesireengrainedinthebodyasithasbeenconditionedbytheunconsciousstreamofhistory.

Gotothelibraryandfindahistorybookthatshowstheprogressionofcivilization—focusontheevolutionofinventionsandscientists.Writeyourfindingsinyourjournal.Contemplatehowonematerialdiscoveryledtoanotherandoncediscoveredorinvented,humanscouldnotlivewithoutthem.ContemplatethefactthattheInternethasonlybeenaroundthelast10years,cellphonesthelastfewyears,acomputersince1�48,theautomobilethelast100years(1�08).

Contemplatewhatitwouldbelikewithoutthese“inventions”.Considerhowtheautomobile,whichhasnotbeenaroundlong,facilitatesthedeteriorationofthebody(noexercise).Considerhowthecomputerfacilitatesthedeteriorationofthemind(witheverythingatyourfingertips,whoneedstothink?)Reallycontemplatethis.Howcanwegoonlikethis?Thisisafascinatingstudythatyoucanplaywithandbreakintodifferentcategorieslikeentertainment,health/body,homeappliances,etc.Contemplatethehumandreamsorthoughtsthatpulledthesematerialsintoexistence.Basedonthisstudy,whatdoyouenvisionforthefuture?

Exercise 4: No Reconstruction without DeconstructionPurpose: To identify and understand the implications of personal addictions/habits so that they can be reformatted into a higher behavior

“Inordertodeconstructhistoricalmaterialism,whichisattherootofthepresentworldconstruct,wehavetoseewhatistheoppositeofmaterialism—whichisspiritualreality.Todeconstructtherootoftheprevailingbeliefsystem,youmustdeterminedlyengageinahigherspiritualpointofview.”Ch.1

Consideryour“dailyroutine.”Istheresomephysicalhabitoraddictionthatyouwouldliketoovercome?Identifyanddefineit.Oristheresomementaladdictivetendencythatyouwouldliketochange?Theseaddictions/tendenciescanbeanythingfromdrinking,smoking,overeatingtoworryingand/oranyotherformofmentaladdictions.

Now,considerallofthewaysthatthishabitoraddictionhooksyouintothepresentworldconstruct.Makeagraphicdescriptionofthehabitoraddiction,showingitsmanyhooksintothepresentworldmodel.

Forexample,ifyouraddictionissmokingcigarettes,thenyourgraphwouldshowtheconnectionsbetweenatobaccofarmer,agribusiness,pesticides,chemicalindustry,bigcigarettecorporations,advertisingindustry,television/magazine/newspaper/billboardads,thecigaretteproductionfactory,thetruckingindustry,retailoutletsandvendingmachines,moneyandyou.

Afterthisconsideration,seeifyoucangoaboutchangingitbyreprogrammingyourself.Firstofall,thinkoftheaffectsonyourphysicalbody,aswellasyouremotional,subtleandastralbodies.Makealistofthenegativeeffectscausedbythisaddiction.Besuretoincludealllevels.Nexttoeachnegativeeffect,writedownapositiveantidoteandcreateahigherformofbehaviortoreplacetheoldone.Rememberthattochangeaddictivetendenciesorbadhabits,youmustconsciouslyapplyconcentratedwill.Thismeansexertinginconsistentlydirectingyourfocusofattentiontonewmodelsofbehavior,untiltheoldhabitualvibrationpatternissubsumedintoahigherone.

Onceyouhaveembarkedonyournewprogram,considerhowyournewbehaviorwillhelptoreconstructtheworldbynotfeedingintotheoldconstruct.Ifyouraddictionwasmental,considerhowyournewbehaviorwillnolongercontributetothepsychicpollutiondominantinthepresentworldmodel.Seeifyoucanmakeagraphicofthisprocessaswell.

Exercise 5: Whole Earth VisualizationPurpose: To know the value and function of our home planet.

Visualizethewholeoflifeonearth,fromtheanimals,totheplants,thehumansdownontotheinsectsandplankton.Seeitallasonewholesystem.ThewholeoflifeontheEarthisthebiosphere,orthesphereoflifethatcoversthesurfaceoftheEarthlikeafilmorvibrantmantlethatiseverinmotion.Reallyvisualizehowallofthedifferentlifeformsandprocessesareoneunityonthisshiningblueorb.

NowletyourmindpenetratebeneaththesurfaceoftheEarth.Feelthesphericallayersofsedimentandcrystallinerock.Gotothecoreandfindthemassiveironcrystaloctahedron.Feelthiscrystalcoreasadynamicradioreceiverelongatedinthedirectionofeachofitsmagneticpoles.

PickupaGregoriancalendarandstudyit.Whatisprogrammedintoeachmonth?Foreveryone,themeaningisabitdifferentaccordingtoreligiousholidaysorbirthdatesoffriendsandfamily.MapyourownpatternontheGregoriancalendar:Birthdays,anniversaries,taxtime,holidays(orwhateveryoucelebrateoriscelebratedbythecollectivehuman).Writetheseinyourjournal.Thisisyourannual“program.”

Notethatthisprogram,embeddedintotheGregoriancalendar,isrunyearinandyearout.Eachyearthatitisrunwithoutquestioningitonlyincreasesunconsciousthoughtpatternsandthereforeincreasestheacceptanceofthisparticularprogramasabsoluteconcretereality.Notethatthisprogramisfullofconceptsliketaxes,democracy,war,economics,insuranceandholidays.Withoutreflectingonthemeaningofthisprogram,consciousnessbecomesstagnant—astuntedloopthatbringsupthesamefeelingsandemotionsatparticulartimes,yearafteryear.
