- Who is doing it? Who is taking part?
- Where are you doing it?
- On what date and time will it happen?
- Why are you doing it? What is the need
- How have you made it happen?
- Do you have any partners that should be mentioned?
- Is there something NEW or UNIQUE about the project
- Is there a specific angle to your event / story?
- Hashtags / social media / website links
What else? Great Images please...
Great images -Do you have someone who is good with a camera that could take a high resolution image for you? -Does everyone in the image give permission to have their picture taken? -Do you have a snippet of video we can share? *TIP: THINK Can you take your picture somewhere that isn’t busy or that has lots of background ‘noise’ to distract from The main subject?
