At high risk to commit a crime are young people who: do not work, or who dislike school

do not have any special leisure activities

do not have any hope or plans for future

spent little or almost no time with their parents or other adults

start smoking or drink alcohol at an early age

belong to groups where the principal activities are related with bad habits

talk a lot about drugs

are socially excluded

do not have people in their lives who can offer a positive vision of what life can be

are not educated enough
