Made up of PAW churches in the state. In Connecticut there is 30 churches.

Each church is represented by a local Superintendent. Large churches May have an assistant Superintendent and a local Director of Christian Education.

Local Superintendents reports into the Director of Christian Education of the Connecticut District Council

The CDC Director of Christian Education reports to the CDC CEA Superintendent.

According to the 2008 U.S. Census Bureau between 2010 and 2020 the age group of 55 will increase by 28%.

This age group will influence public policy.
