Ingredients• OntarioGreenhouseEnglishCucumber(approx.12”long)1• Ricevinegar¼cup(60mL)• Sesameoil1tsp(5mL)• Whitesugar½tsp(2.5mL)• Seasalt¼tsp(1.25mL)

• Blacksesameforgarnish

Directions 1. Trimtheendsoffthecucumber.Cutthecucumberinhalf throughthecentre.Usingavegetablepeeler,verysharpknifeor mandolin,slicethecucumberlengthwiseintothinribbons.Place inmediumbowl.

2. Combinevinegar,sesameoil,sugarandseasalt.Stirwellto dissolvesugar.

3. Justbeforeserving,pourthedressingoverthecucumberribbons andtossgently.

4. Placeinservingbowlandgarnishwithsesameseeds.
