Curriculum Portal Navigation and Uploading

Logging on to the Curriculum Portal

Curriculum Portal Navigation and Posting

1. Open up the portal at https://cguhsd.sharepoint.com/Curriculum . (There is also a link available on the district website under the resources tab. )

The username is your network username with

@cguhsd.onmicrosoft.com

The password is the same password you use to log onto

the CGUHSD network.

Navigating to Curriculum Development

Select Curriculum Development from the left hand menu bar

Navigating to Unit Plans

Select the Unit Plans button

Selecting your department

Select your department from the folders list (I am using English in this example)

Select your Course

Select your course from the folders list (I am using English 1-2 in this example)

Select folder for post

Select the appropriate folder for posting to(I will be posting an English 1-2 Semester One Unit Plan)

Posting a document

Select the New Document link

Select the Upload Existing File option from the menu

Posting a document

Browse for the document you wish to upload

Posting a document

Select the file you wish to upload and click the Open button (I am uploading English 1-2 Semester One Unit Plan 1 – dgriffis.docx)

Posting a document

Press the OK button to post the file.

Your file is now posted!
