Using gravity! This machine is called the automatic

hooks with counterweights. In a bigger scale this machine could be used as a crane tying a heavy object to one side and another object on the other side using gravity the heavy object sinks and the lighter object rises.

REDUCING GRAVITY

A machine that reduces gravity is called a parachute when you open it, it fires out letting air rush in to fill the gaps allowing you to glide to safety.

REDUCES FRICTION

! This paddle boat uses loads of research Leo designed a prow of a ship which is carved really sharp which slices through the water reducing friction and increasing speed.

USING FRICTION

With this machine you wind it to pull up the object it uses friction between the cog and the wheel if there were not any friction it would just keep spinning until the object gets to the end of the line.

My favouriteThis is my favourite because I use to drum A LITTLE, it winds up the arms using string attached to its arms then when you let it go gravity comes into effect and the arms hit the drum.
