APPLICATIONSCheck the profiles and apply for a position in the debates, get a salary for your work (points/bonus)

check if you have the profile for the possition you want to apply for.

If you are selected will get the chance to be paid for your job (the better your job is, the better payment you’ll recieve)

Applications should be submitted inmediately (in a piece o paper write your name, the position you are applying for and why) and be fast, !some Jobs have just one position

PROFILES

MODERATOR ROLEFor a 30 POINTS SALARYOne position only

• You will have to:• Speak up• Assign turns to speak• Control the discipline in the audience• moderate the questions the panelists

have to answer• Cut the panelist when taking too

much time (take the time)• End the sesion with a reflection• Encourge the debate in a tolerant

enviroment

SECRETARY ROLEFor a 20 POINTS SALARYTwo positions

• You will have to:• Copy the questions the

audience ask.• Take notes of the answers the

panelists give.

PANELISTSFor a 25 POINTS SALARY5 positions

• You will have to:• Convience the audience about your

point of view (make a one minute speech based on the topic)

• Give arguments against the positions of the other panelists (one minute per intervention)

• Answer the questions the audience gives you (30 seconds per answer)

PRESSFor a 20 POINTS SALARYTwo positions

• You will have to:• Take pictures of the most

importamt moments in the debate.

• Print the pictures and write the pictures’ footages (references to what was happening in the picture).

AUDIENCE-PROFor a SALARY: according to the questions you make, 2 points per question.Many positions

• You will have to:• Choose your favorite panelists (the

ones you agree with) and support them in the debate.

• Ask questions to the panelist according to your position.

AUDIENCE-CONFor SALARY: according to the questions you make, 2 points per question.Many positions

• You will have to:• be against the panelists (you

don’t agree with) and do not support them in the debate.

• Ask questions to the panelists according to your position.

SUPERVISORFor a 25 POINTS SALARY1 position

You will have to:• Supervise everybody is doing their job

(according to their positions)• Supervise the discipline.• Note when someone is doing something

different.• FIRE the ones who are not doing their job

( in this case you give them a paper with the words)

• Pay the salaries at the end of the debates.

If you get fired, you will be asked to leave the classroom and will get a 20 as one of your final grades besides having a notation in your C.V. and a

communication for your parents.
