• We started operating the company by the name of “DEEPAM INDUSTRIES” since 1981.

• The unit was initially started mainly for fabrication works and building material.

• We introduced our own product HI-MAX & TOWEL RODS.

• we developed a R&D to get better suction systems for more than a year , we are happy that we succeed..

kitchen Chimney .

• DEEPAM KITCHEN CHIMNEY was

incorporated in the year 2000.

• Shifted our focus on chimneys, blowers, ducting

works for the hotels & as well as the factories for

past 5 years.

• On expansion in our business we are now leading

in manufacturing pollution control equipments.

WET SCRUBBER

• Wet scrubber is used to control flue gas or

other harmful gas streams & dust which effect

to mankind and environment.

• The gaseous particles are removed by either

chemical reaction or absorption of water.

• Wet scrubber literally washes out dust and

smoke particles out of air.

CONCEPT

• How rain cleans the lower atmosphere by

removing the dust in lower atmosphere level.

• The simplicity of spraying water into a gas

stream to remove a relatively high percentage

of contaminants by wet scrubbers.

• This is most evidenced by the freshness of the

air after a rainstorm.

POLLUTANTS REMOVED

• Acid mists, foundry dust emissions, and

furnace fumes, power plant emissions etc…

• Remove particulate course and fine dust

gaseous contaminants effectively.

• Mainly removes NOx , Sox , SPM(suspended

particulate matter) as per the pollution control

norms

WORKING

• The suction of air stream which includes the harmful gases and dust particles by blower.

• The sucked air is forced into water through the water spray where the particles cause the dust to drop from the air stream.

• The larger, heavier water droplets are easily separated from the gas by gravity.

• The solid particles can then be independently separated from the water.

Cont.. • The remaining air stream with smoke moves

towards the chimney through the filtration

chamfer, where the various types of filters

installed to filter the dust and gaseous

particles.

• The water can be otherwise treated before

reuse or discharge.

ADVANTAGES

• Require relatively small space for installation.

• low capital costs.

• Sustain & can handle high-temperature, high-

humidity gas streams.

• Near zero emission is possible.

• The clear filtered air reaches atmosphere with

out any pollution contaminants from our wet

scrubber.

• Their corrosion problems are more severe than

dry systems, the and their final product is

collected wet, this problem has been reduced

by using FRP.

• The outlet polluted water is made clean and the

harmful contaminants are removed fully by

solar evaporation
